Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We will gift wrap items and sent to
one address per order at no charge. Additionally we will
hand write a gift card on your behalf. Just include a message
in the special instructions section of the shopping cart
Additional addresses
are charged at the current NZ post rate.
Our standard delivery service is New
Zealand Post Airmail.
If you require your
parcel more urgently please contact us and we will arrange
courier. You will be charged the difference between standard
airmail and courier.
We carry a stock
of all items, however if you require a larger quantity or
we are tempoarily out of stock on a particular item we will
inform you immediately. We can generally access items in
one or two days, however alternatively we can offer a gift
voucher to the value, or exchange for another item of your
choosing, or a refund.
Returns
We are proud of the quality of the products
we sell to the world, and only choose items to stock that
we would be happy to give to our loved ones or to receive
ourselves. We are confident that every item we send is in
perfect condition, however if you have any problems with
any particular item, please contact us and we will aim to
resolve the issue.
